Export Qlik Sense tables to Excel files your business users can actually use
Exportiza turns straight and pivot tables into clean, formatted .xlsx workbooks — several tables in one file, the columns you choose, totals, colors, hierarchy and Excel grouping. No CDN, no cloud, no data leaving your network.
No credit card required · Unlimited users per server

Your users export to Excel every day. The native export wasn't built for that.
One object at a time
Users download table after table and stitch them together by hand.
Formatting gets lost
Numbers become text, totals move, colors and links disappear.
Pivots come out flat
The hierarchy your analysts built in Qlik is gone in Excel.
Everything a business user expects from "Export to Excel"
Configured once by your BI team. Simple for everyone else.
Many tables, one workbook
Export several tables from the sheet into a single .xlsx, one tab per table.
Pick your columns
Users choose which columns to export for each table, without touching the app.
Real numbers or Qlik format
Calculable values, or exactly what Qlik shows: %, currency and dates.
Pivot with hierarchy
Indented labels, subtotals, grand totals and native Excel +/- grouping.
Totals, colors and links
Keep cell colors, hyperlinks, header style, frozen panes and autofilter.
Selections sheet
An info sheet records app, sheet, date and the active selections behind the numbers.
Large exports in the background
Big files are built in a Web Worker so Qlik stays responsive, with a Cancel button.
Hebrew, English, Spanish
Interface languages and RTL/LTR sheet direction out of the box.
Air-gapped ready
Everything is bundled. No CDN, no external calls, no data leaves your servers.

Built for regulated environments
Government, finance, healthcare and retail teams run Qlik on-premise for a reason. Exportiza respects it.
- Runs entirely in the browser inside your Qlik deployment
- License validated offline with a cryptographic signature — no phone-home required
- No telemetry, no tracking, no third-party scripts in the extension
- Respects Qlik's own security rules and data reduction
Frequently asked questions
Which Qlik Sense editions are supported?

Does it need internet access?

One Qlik Sense deployment managed by one QMC, identified by its hostname. Users and apps are unlimited.
How does the trial work?
You get every feature for 30 days. Exported files include an "Exportiza Trial" watermark. When the trial ends, activate a paid license to keep exporting.
What if my subscription expires?
You get a grace period to renew. After it, the extension shows a renewal notice instead of exporting.
Can we pay by invoice and bank transfer?
Yes, through the Enterprise / Government plan. Request a quote and we'll send a formal offer.
Does Exportiza send our data anywhere?
No. Exports are built in the user's browser and saved directly to their computer. Nothing is sent to us or to any third party.
